As part of the USDOE’s Financial Technical Assistance Team, Julie works with local and state governments to implement lender procurement for efficiency loan programs. She manages the finance process for EEFC’s products for commercial, industrial, non-profit, municipal and educational facility retrofits.
Julie has 20 years of experience in business development, finance, operations, project management and communications with clean energy and recycling companies. As a member of a community wind project development team, Julie worked with landowners, utilities and local governments during project planning stages, negotiating and developing lease and corporate agreements between the project developer and land owners, and addressing community concerns and interests.
As a co-founder of a pump and turbine technology company Julie engaged in business development, capital raising, and marketing. Previously, she managed programs working within County government, the WA State Senate, and a regional recycling facility with multiple public and private contracts. Julie graduated with a BA in Business Management from Simmons College.
