  • Served as financial advisor to Shell Renewables to assess markets and develop investments for bio-mass power projects in Central/Northern Europe. This work was subcontracted through Impax Capital Corporation Limited, London.
  • Served as financial advisor to Clemson University (SC) for development, procurement and financing of a new central cogeneration energy facility; cost $18 million.
  • Arranged $1 million in senior and subordinated debt financing for 1.0 MW landfill gas power project, Enviro-Logic, Inc. in Brattleboro, Vermont.
  • Structured and negotiated a $7 million subordinated debt transaction for a $150 million 70 MW waste coal-fired cogeneration project of ABB Turbine, Inc in West Virginia.
